Flame Broiler is a great restaurant for a quick and healthy meal! I love that I can do half rice and half veggies with my chicken bowl. And the magic sauce is truly magical!
Nice atmosphere, very quiet. Staff is very friendly. I got a regular bowl with chicken, rice and veggies. The veggies included carrots, cabbage and broccoli. They let you customize if you don't like certain veggies.
It's a fast food Asian bowl place. Fantastic!! They run a daily happy hour special, great place take take middle aged children.

As always my chicken plate was very yummy. I like chicken with brown rice and mixed vegetables and avocado. I love mixing the red hot sauce with the dark sauce. It tastes so good together but it's very spicy.
This was one of the fastest, freshest, and most budget-friendly meals I've had in a while. With their 7 happy hour, I only wish I lived closer!
